I am an Integrative Psychodynamic Counsellor, specialising in trauma, relational work and emotional complexity. I work with present-day concerns and the deeper patterns shaped by early experience, supporting clients to develop a more compassionate and reflective relationship with their emotions, and in doing so, open space for meaningful change. Alongside trauma, addiction, and spiritual or existential concerns, I also attend to the wider social and cultural influences of distress, and have a particular interest in working with parents of children with autism. Our work would weave together practical, trauma-informed, reflective, and exploratory approaches.
