Hello I’m Tanis, a gestalt psychotherapist based at Hackney City farm. It’s hard to describe a therapy practise without flattening it into theory and labels – the actual experience of therapy should be alive and more like an art practise. Often it doesn’t follow form. Or even have words. Sometimes it can feel messy and stuck. But nearly always, by daring to share your story with another without judgement, with curiosity and with trust it becomes material for you to own and hold, to know and to mold. It’s my privilege to witness and where required facilitate this.
I work on Friday daytimes. My fees are £80 with concessionary rates on request.
