Therapists

Gaia Therapists

Gaia therapy is for local residents who would otherwise be unable to afford to access therapy.

If this applies to you, please:
– check the therapist profiles to see who has current availability
- contact the therapist you would like to work with explaining that you are contacting them through Gaia.

You will set up your working agreement directly with that therapist, and work with them for one year.

During that time, any donations towards the cost of therapy can be made directly to Gaia Therapy Collective CIC, at a maximum amount of £25 a session (no minimum).

Demand for Gaia therapy is very high, so we ask that if you are working with one of our therapists you commit to keeping to the times and sessions that are agreed with your therapist. Repeated no-shows or short notice cancellations may mean that we need to end your therapy so that someone else can access this support.

Tanis Taylor

Hello I’m Tanis, a gestalt psychotherapist based at Hackney City farm. It’s hard to describe a therapy practise without flattening it into theory and labels – the actual experience of therapy should be alive and more like an art practise. Often it doesn’t follow form. Or even have words. Sometimes it can feel messy and stuck. But nearly always, by daring…
